Wow, I cannot believe we are now about 2 weeks away from the 2nd expansion. I was really looking forward to it this time. I had taken Nov 13 off from work, and had planned on going to the local GameStop at midnight for there release party. Well you know what they say about the best layed plans..Due to a co-worker getting into a motorcycle accident, I am now pulling the graveyard shift, and I will be stuck at work when WoTLK hits the stores…sigh…Oh well..
So now, I am in prep mode. I have 9 toons right now on Undermine. As of this writing, 2 are Northrend ready, 2 are 64, and 1 is 63. My plan is to have the 2 64’s at least get to 68. I think I can pull this off. I have been doing a lot of instances on both, so hopefully, I can get them to Northrend on release day, or within the week.
My 10th slot is also filled with my level 1 name holder for my Death Knight. I really have not read a lot about the DK, so I am going into it pretty much fresh and clean. I have not decided if I will roll the DK on 11/13 or wait a few days…heck I have not even decided on a race yet, but it will either be Orc or Blood Elf, right now leaning on Orc.
Profession wise, yeah..I am not very diligent with them. Bunnyfer has alchemy/herbs maxed out, and Daxa is a Master Skinner, but her herb picking skills need work still..On the horde side, Worrf is moving along in LW, hoping that once I hit Nagrand, it will get easier. My newest hunter took up Inscription, but I am NOT powerleveling it.
All in all though, I am not doing a lot of prepping for the expansion. I am just playing, having fun, and getting my achievments. I did manage to get the Hallowed Helm to drop in my T-o-T bag today, but of course it was on the toon that does NOT have the Squashling, of which I have had a total of 3 in my bags so far. This afternoon was spent running some old world dungeons, getting the achievments done with hubby on our alliance hunters. We plan on doing this with the horde as well with some of our guildies, just for the fun of it.
So what are you doing to prep for Wrath at this point? Do you feel prepared? Or you just going with the flow at this point.
